On arrival you will be asked to sign the registration form. You will also be signing that you have received an induction pack containg the school safety policy, an induction checklist, a copy of the local site induction timetables, information on HR issues, study leave, Breakaway Training, CPR and Amigos Training booking.

This checlist MUST be returned to the Medical Education Department within 7 days. Once we receive the induction checklist back, you will be issued with your certificate of attendance for which you will need to produce at your next ARCP. PMETB survey results for 08/09 tell us that you did not receive these documents last year. In the same way you have to provide evidence of achieving competencies, we too have to provide evidence to various statutory bodies that we have indeed provided you with this information.

Please do complete the evaluations as you go along, there is a little space after each topic to write a few comments. In addition, there is a seperate sheet at the back where you can put further comments, detach and return seperately if you like. Your comments WILL shape the structure of all of our inductions.
